All Saints Day Mass
This year’s All Saints’ Day Mass falls on Sunday, November 1, and we are inviting children to come to any of the weekend Masses dressed up as their favorite Saint!

All Souls Day Candlelight Vigil
Join us All Souls Day to pray for the faithful departed. We will begin the evening at the church with Mass at 6:00 PM. Then head to the cemetery for a candlelight vigil. At the cemetery, we’ll learn more about All Souls Day from Fr. Derek.
Lights of Hope: All Souls Day Candles
During All Soul's Day and throughout November, parishioners have an opportunity to honor their loved ones who have passed away. The lights reflect our hope in life eternal with God.- Mini lanterns will be placed on trees near our parish Book of the Dead in the narthex throughout the month of November.
- Luminary bags will be lit and placed on a path in the St. Hubert Cemetery on All Soul's Day during the candlelight vigil on November 2 at 7 PM
Instructions:
- You may pick up your order in the parish office.
- Mini lanterns -- write the name of your loved one on the tag and hang on the tree in the Narthex. It will be displayed there all throughout November. Please turn the lantern on and off as you are able to each weekend you are here for the Mass. At the end of November, you can keep your lantern.
- Luminary bags -- you will receive a luminary bag that you can take home and decorate with the name and message for your loved one. Bring it to the Candlelight Vigil event at the cemetery on November 2 at 7 PM, and you will be given a candle to insert and place along the cemetery pathway. After the vigil, you may take the luminary home.
Knights of Columbus Pizza Social
Men of the parish are invited to a pizza social on Thursday, November 5 from 6:30-8:30 PM in the Family Room. If you are considering joining the Knights of Columbus, come meet some of our Knights, ask questions, and learn more about how to get involved.
Join St. Hubert Parishioners to Visit 5 Women Religious Communities in the Twin Cities
To culminate National Vocation Awareness Week, the Office of Delegate for Consecrated Life is sponsoring Religious Communities Open House Sunday on November 8. All the faithful of the archdiocese are invited, especially families, youth, and young adults to visit where our consecrated religious pray and ask questions to learn more about their life and vocation.St. Hubert will be gathering as a parish group to visit five women religious communities together during the open house day, and we invite parishioners and their families to join us. This is not an event only for those who are discerning a religious vocation, but it's a beautiful opportunity for all of us to pray for and get to know our religious sisters here in the Twin Cities!

Bach-and-Forth
Christopher Kachian, guitar, and David Jenkins, organ, present a concert of chamber and keyboard music by the father-and-sons team of Johann Sebastian, Carl Philip Emmanuel, and Wilhelm Friedemann Bach on Saturday, November 14 at 7:00 PM. This event is free to attend.Christopher Kachian is guitar professor for the Department of Music, Film, and Creative Enterprise at the University of St. Thomas. Organist David Jenkins served for 35 years as music director of The Saint Paul Seminary and as adjunct instructor in music for the University of St. Thomas. The duo specializes in fresh, stylish arrangements of classics from Bach and beyond, performing under the name, The Society for the Doctrinal Affectation of Baroque Music.

Join the men of St. Hubert for a powerful Advent retreat centered on the theme “Trusting God Through the Eyes of St. Joseph.” As we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ, this retreat offers a unique opportunity for spiritual growth, renewal, and deeper fraternity by reflecting on the life and virtues of St. Joseph: his faith, humility, courage, obedience, and unwavering trust in God.
Set amid the beauty and tranquility of northern Wisconsin, this retreat is designed to help men step away from the noise of daily life and encounter the Lord more deeply. Through the example of St. Joseph, participants will be invited to grow as disciples, husbands, fathers, leaders, and brothers in Christ.
The retreat experience will flow from a series of short conferences, personal testimonies, small group discussions, daily Mass, liturgical and contemplative prayer, fraternity, and outdoor experiences, including opportunities for hiking and a campfire gathering. Whether you are seeking spiritual renewal, stronger Catholic friendships, or a fresh perspective for Advent, this retreat provides the space and support to deepen your relationship with Christ.
Men will also have the opportunity for individual spiritual counsel with Deacon Greg Schultz and Deacon Martin Meyer, as well as the Sacrament of Reconciliation with Fr. Derek Gilde.
Want more time to pray? Come early Thursday evening December 3 for quiet pre-retreat reflection on your own. Quiet hours, the chapel, and independent reflection material will be made available to help you decompress so you can be more receptive to the spirit as you enter retreat mode. Please note that meals during the evening of December 3rd and breakfast the morning of December 4 would be on your own.
Come away this Advent to see the world through the eyes of St. Joseph and return home strengthened in faith, renewed in spirit, and united in Christian fraternity.
